Assignment
Create a legal 1000 point Warhammer fantasy Battles armylist. All armies, including Legion of Azgorth and Indy GT Dogs of War, are allowed
Write a 500-1000 words background for your army, describing theme, etc.
Build your army and paint it. Take pictures of models at minimum 2 stages, Buildt/primed and finished painted
The entry also requires atleast one armyshot at the finished stage.
To avoid dissaloving already started projects from entering, I'll allow 1 Unit or 250 points(aproximately) of already finished models to be part of the armyproject
All participants should create their own blog thread in the meadow of arts/P&M challenge forum, where you put your armylist, fluff entry, and pictures. Then post a link to your Blog in this thread.
When the contest goes to voting the following criteria should be weighted:
-Does army theme and Background match
-Does the armylist match the fluff
-Level of painting
-Conversions
-Cohesiveness
-Overall appearance
We have tried to conjure up some prize for the winner, but the asrai.org funds are not sufficient to cover any prize. So instead, the winner will get a badge on their avatar naming them as the reigning Challenge champion. In addition the winner will get a free commision paintjob on 1 unit or 1 big monster, terrainpiece or similar, if they want. The painter will be yours truly (go to the links in my signature to see what lvl of painting i can accomplish).
Now many of you might be thinking: Meeh, i wouldnt want a paintjob from that guy, I can do better myself. If so, you are by no means obliged to cash in on your "prize". BUT, there will not be another prize. Im sorry....
EDIT: There will be a prize for the winner. A Regiment box worth upto 20£ choosen by the winner! This is in addition to the above mentioned treats to the winner
