Arena of the Elven Kindreds, an annual event?

After the recent surge of popularity with this Arena of Death that I am running, a thought hit me. Why not make this into an official or unnoficial event held every now and then between the three elven sites?

If I include other race sites, I will get rid of the entire point of it being 'the elven kindreds'.

I'd wait to see how well this AoD does first, but so far, it seems like a good idea. Ties in the three elven sites more closely and should provide some healthy competition between them every year.
