The Wildwood

Greetings everyone!

I've begun work on my 4th warhammer fantasy army and I'm looking for information on the Wildwood.

What I know:
- No one is allowed in.
- An angry treeman lives there (Coeddil)
- Confined by Waystones

Any other information out there? I'm creating my own fluff for the Wildwood and I don't want to directly conflict with what is already known.

If I remember correctly, Drycha(Lord level Dryad) is somehow, someway, able to get into the Wildwood to plot and plan with Coeddil. How she slips in and out, I don't know.

Yeah, she is definitely one of the few can get in and out of there.

Did a little more research (thanks to the stickies!) and found a little more information. The "Shadow Fey" dwell there, some sort of tree-spirit like beings that want to retake the forest. Not too much info on them but the idea of a Shadow Fey themed army is totally what I was looking to do. Corrupted tree spirits, spirits of dead elves / questing knights, etc. And since I can't really find much solid info on them I suppose I can just make up whatever I want!

I think you've pretty much found all the info there is. There's not a lot out there as far as I'm aware unfortunately.
