And Welcome, to Athel lorens first annual battle of the Regiments, Im your host Guy Smiley and today we are going to witness the first round of the event. All the participants are rearing to go and none more so than those Mounted Beauties of Cenyus.....Id like a piece of that ass.

Anyway in the other corner we have the Dragon Princes of Caledor who in recent days have been seen polishing their helmats in great anitcipation of their round 1 match.

Round 1

Daemonettes get the Charge in, all 7 models in base to base. No Champt in the Daemonette Unit so no challanges issued.

Dragon Princes pass Fear Test: 2,1 (3)

Daemonettes go first, 14 attacks hitting on 4's, 8 hit.
Needing 3's to Wound, the Daemonettes do 4 Wounds.
Dragon Princes saving on 3's, 1 failed save, 1 Dragon Prince dies.

Steeds of Slaanesh: 7 attacks(4), 1 hit(no poisens), 1 Wound.
Dragon Prince saving on a 2+, No Wounds.



4 Dragon Prices+Champion attack back. 6 attacks(3), 4 hits (4), 1 Wound.
Daemonettes have a 5+ Ward Save, Ward Save passed.

5 Horses 5 attacks(4), 2 Wounds.
Daemonettes fail both Ward Saves.

Total=2 Dead Daemonettes, 1 Dead Dragon Prince.
Equal Unit Strengths.

Combat Resolution:
Daemonettes= 1(kill)
Dragon Princes=2(kills),1(st),1(Rank),1(Warbanner).

Daemonettes Lose by 5-1=4.
Leadership test= 10, they pop due to Instability.

Dragon Princes Win

Well People what we have had here is your classic case of rubber lance syndrome, except for the lack of lances by the Daemonettes, so you will have to use your imagniation as to what went rubbery during that combat phase. While the Steeds of Slaanesh complete inability to poisen or hit a barn door let the ladies down, the Dragon Princes just had two much static Combat Res to beat down.

Well stay tuned, as soon as the pink goo has been cleaned of the arena stage we will have our next match up for you, hopefully one that will last a little longer
